We are delighted to announce the opening of our new member’s gym.  This facility has been designed for our member’s health and well being, to develop strength and conditioning, and to reduce the risk of future injury to players.  The new Gym will be accessible only via a key fob which can be purchased from Aaron Kernan.

Yearly Gym membership rates until 31st of December 2015 are as follows:

• Under 16 – Free

• Under 18 – £10.00

• Over 18 – £20.00

 Important notes:

1. Only members of Crossmaglen Rangers GFC can be members of the Gym. Club membership is open to everyone.

2. The only access to the Gym is via the front door and front stairs of the Rangers Hall.
