Crossmaglen LGFA Notes
Congratulations to Armagh LGFA on their comprehensive win against Tyrone. It is fantastic to see our local community represented so well. We are extremely proud of the part you are all playing.
Also great to see so many local people down in the Athletic Grounds, showing their support for our LGFA athletes. Looking forward to the next outing supporting  our female county stars.
 
Under 10.5s- Another busy week for this crew, as they travelled to Keady to play a challenge match. All players, P3 & up got football and endured more game time.
Training continues for all players 6-7.15pm on Monday.
Under 12.5s- Armagh have postponed the fixtures, and they are now due to begin on the 11th July.  Information on this will be confirmed at training.
In the meantime, the P/R6, P/R7 and first year group took on Kileavy in an challenge. It was a another opportunity for this team to develop confidence in different positions.
Training will continue on Monday night as normal.
Under 14.5 & 16.5-  We know there has been a big step up for this squad, participating for e first time in Division 1. It has been a tough start to the league but the hard work and commitment is showing.  This weeks game against Mullabrack was a close affair and it gives us great faith, that a win is coming for this cohort.
This session is for all secondary school players. Training this week is Monday & Wednesday 6pm-7.15pm, on Pairc Na Og and Saturday 4-5.30pm on the Back Field.
Seniors– They are training at Thursday 8pm and Saturday 6pm. For more information contact Maria or Peter.
A reminder that all players must be registered with the LGFA, in order to train or play. If you are unsure how to do this, just contact a coach or committee member.
Gaelic for Mothers & Others!!! Training continues on Monday at 6.15pm, in Pairc Na Og. Everyone is welcome. Players are asked to have their £10 with them for their training tops, the order will be submitted after Monday nights training.
