Health & Well Being 

 

Continuing with our ongoing health and well being initiatives, representatives from  Aware will speak to our U13, U15 & U17.5 teams at our registration evenings. More details to follow.

 

 

 

National Draw Tickets 

 

The GAA National Draw tickets are now on sale. There are super prizes to be won and we have added ten bonus prizes; meal vouchers for local hotels/restaurants. Tickets cost €10 and the draw will take place on Thursday 12th March 2020.  Please support the draw as all funds raised will be retained by the club.

 

 

 

 

 


The Farm Families Health Check Van

 

The Farm Families Health Check Van will visit the Rangers Hall this Wednesday, 8th January, from 2pm – 6.30pm. It is fully booked but we hope that the farm health van will visit the club again later in the year.

The first executive meeting of 2020 will take place on Tuesday evening at 9.00pm.

 

GAA Ireland Lights Up

 

Do you want to get moving and active this New Year, but you have nowhere to go? Do you find it hard to find a safe and well-lit area to go for a walk during the dark winter months? Well, we may have the answer! For the third consecutive year, we are coming on board with Operation Transformation and the GAA for Ireland Lights Up. Ireland Lights Up  is a national Initiative to improve the health and well being of the country. Starting this Thursday, the 9th January  – 27th  February  2020 our club will be open and lit up for you, your family and friends to come and walk from 7pm to 9pm. We want everyone in the community and beyond to come and join us for Ireland Lights Up 2020!

Bingo resumes in the Rangers Hall on Monday night at 8.30pm

Well done to Cian McConville, Ryan Duffy,  Patsy Finnegan, Liam Finnegan, Tony O’Callaghan, Dara O’Callaghan and the Armagh team/management who beat Cavan in the Philly McGuinness Cup U20 football development league.

Good luck to Armagh team/ management who play Tyrone in the McKenna Cup in the Athletic Grounds on Wednesday night at 8pm.

 

AIB All Ireland Intermediate Football SF

 

This Saturday we will host the AIB All Intermediate Football SF between  Magheracloone Mitchells, Co. Monaghan and  Mattock Rangers, Co. Louth. Throw in is 1.30pm. A large crowd is expected, therefore it will be all hands on deck! Can all available members please meet at the changing rooms at midday.

 

 

Armagh GAA Club Draw 2020

 

Tickets for the annual Armagh GAA Club draw are now on sale. There will be four monthly draws  beginning in March. Total prize fund is over 90K. Tickets cost £100 and are available from any committee member.

 

 

Irish Dancing 
Irish dancing resumes on Monday afternoon at 4.15pm in the Rangers Hall. Everyone welcome
