Mental Health Training NI

 

We look forward to welcome Andrea, Mental Health Training NI to the club on Wednesday. Our senior teams wil attend the sessions hosted by Andrea. The following Wednesday, Andrea will host a talk in which everyone  is welcome, club members, non club members and the entire community. The purpose of the session is to understand grief, explore coping strategies, and build a supportive team and wider community environment. Also to help people understand the grieving process & avenues of support.

Any dancers who would like to join our ceili dancing group please come to a short meeting on Monday at 4pm in the rangers hall.
