U6 Training (nursery r1, r2 p1 and p2)

We are very excited to announce that training for our little Rangers will begin on Monday night at 6pm in Pairc na nOg. All children must be registered. You can register on the night.

 

 

 

Rangers Sponsor A Ball Intermediate League

Thanks to Brendan McMahon from Sean McDermmots, Threemilehouse who is a huge Monaghan fan who will  sponsor the ball, Intermediate league V Keady. Thanks Brendan for your ongoing support for Cross Rangers, it is very much appreciated.

Training arrangements for the week ahead, we welcome new members to all age groups. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
Gaelic for Mother’s & Others: Training will continue on Monday night from 6-7pm on the soccer pitch. We have one session left of our Wellness Week, taking place on Friday evening at 6.30pm, with Sarah Armstrong of Strong Fitness.
Senior training & information: Off the back of a great win over Armagh Harps, back to training this week with our LGFA Senior girls out training Wednesday Friday and Sunday, in preparation for next League match on the 6th May V Dromahill.
U14/16 training- With two games this week there is no training. We need all available players for both nights.
U12.5 training– The U12.5s had their first official fixture of the season. They met Granemore in the league, and came away with an impressive win. We are delighted with this result, as some many of the panel have just stepped up to this age group and are new to this competition.
There will be no training on
Wednesday evening, as we are pulling our league fixture forward.
U10/ U8 training– This squad will train Wednesday evening on pairc na nog from 18:15-19:15pm, any parents of girls interested in playing or that have not already joined the WhatsApp group please contact James on 07872490314

Wellness Week

Wellness week started last Friday when Catherine Kieran, Weigh Forward With Catherine, Then on Sunday evening, Lisa from Acushla Yoga hosted a yoga session and spoke about how yoga can help you look after your mind, body and soul. Next up is Sarah, Sarah Armstrong Fitness, on Friday, 28th April. Sarah will speak about small steps to achieve your goals. Everyone welcome, members and non members.

 

 

Pips Newry/Mourne & Club Fundraiser 

We are very excited to announce that  we will be launching a fundraising event soon in which PIPS, Hope & Support, Newry will be supported. More details on our socials during the week.
