Crossmaglen Rangers Club Notes 14/02/22

 

 

 

Tickets are going well for our upcoming event in aid of Aaron’s Mission To Rock. In the lead up to the event, we will be sharing short videos of artists appearing on the night. There will also be a few surprises on the night!

Health & Well Being

 

Following on from our Health & Well Being event last Monday, we will have a number of youth workshops facilitated by Magnet Youth Engagement, Newry. The workshops will cover a number of key issues including addiction and how to look after your mental health.

 

 

 

Crossmaglen LGFA Notes:

It was great to have so many teams back out training this week. We welcome all new players, just get in touch if you are interested in playing football this season.
Senior and Minor players are completing their pre-season training with the help of local Ironman, Kieran McShane. He is putting them through their paces with weekly running sessions.  If you are interested in getting back to football, please contact Peter McMahon or Maria O’Donnell
U16.5 team: Pre-season training is taking place Thursday 7.00pm to 8.30pm, on the training pitch. Get in touch with Caoimhe Dooley, Ciara Conway or Colm Dooley for more information.
U14.5 team: We have our Strava step challenge up abs running for this group. All players are asked to get out and active everyday.  There are prizes for the weekly winners, for more information contact Eilis Short, Martin Aherne, Lisa Jennings or Mickey Finnegan
U12.5: Training will be indoors on Wednesdays for the next four weeks. We invite all P7 and 1st players to get involved, if you want to find out more, contact Shaun Aherne, Sinead Kerley Dunne or Marion McMahon
U10.5: This training is aimed at our P5 & P6 players, and will be Thursday evenings 6-7pm in the Rangers Hall. For more details contact Eddie Hill, James Carragher, Andrew Keegan or Micky Kane.
Gaelic4Mothers&Others had their first training session of the year on Sunday morningwith great numbers so far. Remember this is social footballl team, and everyone is welcome.
Gaelic for Teens 2022- 
The next coaches education session takes place on Tuesday 15th at 8.30pm. Any coaches interested should register on the ink below.
