Ladies Gaelic Football Info:

Our Senior Squad are out training in their joint sessions this week, which take place on Wednesday and Saturday. Everyone is welcome, old faces and new.

Underage training:

Feile Training: Our crew have been working hard in preparation for their Feile competition. Training continues Monday and Thursday 6.30pm to 7.45pm. Everyone is welcome.

The Winter Wellness Programme

G4M&Os have Yoga this week, Thursday evening 6-7pm in Acushla Yoga Studio.

This is a new 4 week block, and all players can register on Monday night for the final block (£6.50 per player)

The Motivation and Resilience Workshop will take place on Monday 19th February.

6-7pm- All players P3 to P7

7-8pm- All players 1st year to 6th year

Players and families are reminded to register themselves for the season ahead using the Foireann system.

Meet The Coaches/U10.5 Night

We would like to invite all our U10.5 Parents/Children to a meeting /registration night in the Rangers hall at 7pm on Tuesday 20th February. A short talk about the plan for the year ahead and a chance to meet the new coaches. We look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday night at 7pm.
